For people who joined a Circle — your Verified ID, billing, and managing your membership.
Run a circle? See owner help →A Verified ID is your proof that you are an active, paying member of a circle. It looks like #ABC1000, which is the circle's short code followed by a number. It is yours for as long as your membership stays active.
It confirms one simple thing: that your membership is paid and active right now. It is not an endorsement or a guarantee of anything else.
Open the join link for the circle you want to join (the circle shares this link, for example on Facebook, WhatsApp, or their website). Choose a plan, enter your details, and pay securely through PayFast.
The moment your payment clears, your Verified ID is created automatically and a confirmation email is sent to you. There is no manual step and nothing to wait for.
Go to blhrt.net/verify and type your ID (for example ABC1000). The page shows straight away whether it is active, along with the business name and circle. The # symbol is optional, so both #ABC1000 and ABC1000 work.
Anyone can use this page to check an ID, which is the point: it lets a circle confirm you are a genuine paying member.
First, give it a few minutes and check your email, including your spam or junk folder. The confirmation usually arrives within moments of payment.
If it still has not arrived, the best place to get help is the circle you joined, since they can look up your membership directly. Reach out to them through the same channel where you found their join link.
Go to blhrt.net/account to manage your membership. From there you can view your status and keep your details current.
If you need help with anything specific to your circle, contact the circle directly.
Membership renews automatically each month using the payment method you set up. We'll email you a short reminder a few days before each renewal, so there are no surprises.
If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you straight away so you can update your card, and the system tries again over the following days. Your Verified ID stays active during that short grace window.
If payment keeps failing after a few attempts, the membership is placed on hold and the Verified ID becomes inactive until payment succeeds again. You can update your payment method any time at blhrt.net/account.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future charges, so you will not be billed again, and your Verified ID stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then becomes inactive. To cancel, contact the circle you joined.
Please note that payments already made are not refunded. Cancelling prevents future charges rather than reversing past ones, which is standard for monthly memberships.
